The Koss Porta Pro KTC headphones are lightweight physically but not in performance, and they have a convenient Apple inline remote. I've never heard the porta pros, but I have heard the KSC75's and the UR40's. The KSC75's and UR40's sound very similar. I would say that the UR40's are a bit better because of the housing, but I haven't compared face to face. As you can see in that thread, the KSC75 and UR40 share the same titanium coated driver, while the porta pro has Their are actually three different "types" of porta pros (not counting the telephony, bluetooth or variable color editions), all of which use the same driver, but slightly different headbands: the original porta pro, the sporta pro, and the ksc35. All three are extremely portable (collapse very small) and come with a carrying case. For $50 and less, you can get WAY better products (Samson SR850, CAL, KZ ZS10 PRO, ZAX, ZSX, Tin T2, KSC75 from Koss themselves).
