The Koss Porta Pro KTC headphones are lightweight physically but not in performance, and they have a convenient Apple inline remote. They come with a soft carry case, and the earpieces fold quite
I've had a pair of Koss PortaPros for a few years now. I love them - they have a great sound, let in outside sound while not being a nuisance to others. One thing I do hate about them is how uncomfortable they are. I've tried wearing them in many different ways, at different settings and at different length.
General Description The Koss Porta Pro is a small earpad (on-ear), open (unsealed) headphone. Usually a sealed headphone is used for serious portable applications to cut down on external noise, so I would characterize these cans as light-duty, general purpose headphones rather than strictly portable headphones.
Crappy $10 earbuds finally broke, heard amazing things about the porta pros but I'm worried about how much sound leaks out. I'd mainly be listening in a car or in places where family is near me, and don't want to annoy them. My experience is with the Yaxi pads, which I put on nearly immediately after getting them.
Turkey. I researched both headphones. Normally PortaPro should be more expensive. But things change for me after tax and shipping fee. PortaPro $43. PortaPro 3.0, Black version $50 ( Good looks but cable quality has reduced? ) Ksc75 $50. The Kph30i is pretty good too.

I would say that the UR40's are a bit better because of the housing, but I haven't compared face to face. As you can see in that thread, the KSC75 and UR40 share the same titanium coated driver, while the porta pro has
Their are actually three different "types" of porta pros (not counting the telephony, bluetooth or variable color editions), all of which use the same driver, but slightly different headbands: the original porta pro, the sporta pro, and the ksc35. All three are extremely portable (collapse very small) and come with a carrying case.
For $50 and less, you can get WAY better products (Samson SR850, CAL, KZ ZS10 PRO, ZAX, ZSX, Tin T2, KSC75 from Koss themselves). Heck, even for $15, the KZ ZST Pro sound better than the Porta Pros lol. Heck, like the gummy, even my $7 pair of Sony's ex17ap sound way better. I honestly don't know how someone can enjoy the Porta Pros if they

Don't worry, you won't break it, as long as you don't try to screw it out or something :-) 1. r/headphones.
