While this particular title may not have cross-play or cross-progression, gamers will still be able to start on their journey with Game Pass. Unfortunately, those that have PC Game Pass will not have access to this particular title. This is a bit of a shame, seeing as the majority of all other Elder Scrolls titles are available on this platform.
Image via Zenimax Studios. The quick answer is no, Elder Scrolls Online is not cross platform per se. Each version of the game is separate from the other, and players cannot interact with each other unless they are playing on the same console or platform.
